I have a montra and I do tm sometimes but I don't know when I should change my montra please help me

Any adjustment of your mantra is done by your teacher. If you have not had your meditation checked in a year or more, you might want to have it checked by a qualified teacher of Transcendental Meditation.
If you are experiencing higher states of consciousness and success in life, your meditation is correct. Otherwise, occasional checking is advised for best results.
