Meditation

Question
Dear James; I meditate using the breath counting method , when I do I am awear of a tenceness or anxiety in my stomach . Is this o.k. Thanks Vic

You will want to find the source of the tenseness. As you empty your mind and feel the tenseness, ask the universe "where is this coming from?"  As you receive the answer, you will need to let go of both the tenseness and the underlying thought/emotion. This is the way we raise our vibratory rates, spiritually evolve and become higher light beings. In other words, Yes, it is okay. Good Work!
