meditation

Question
Hello James!

Someone has recommended me to do such a meditation exercise: sit still, when you breathe in repeat in your mind "clear mind" and when you exhale say "don't know"



Would you recommend me some other mind exercises, may be something that you do yourself. I heard that Vipassana meditation is very good. I'm going to participate in one of such courses this year.

Breathing meditations are always great. I can't say as I like "Don't know",  "don't care" would be better. I do the "so hum" mediation, breathing in saying "so" (which means I am God) and breathing out "hum" (which means I am one with God). Also, meditating on "om tat sat" is very good too.
